What is used to make the products?
Carisa’s products are made with mechanical deboned chicken (MDM) and seasoned with local spices.

How to store the products and what is the shelf life?

Carisa recommends to store the Salami, “Sosis” and mortadella at 4 degree Celsius and it will have a shelf life of about 3 months

Carisa recommends to store the HOT DOGS at -18 degree Celsius and it will have a shelf life of 1 year if kept unopened.
